WHO WE ARE
We are an independent family run company, Ollie has worked professionally as a chef with over 10 years’ experience, and over the last 7 years has built and developed a successful and popular business on Bromsgrove High Street.
WHERE WE STARTED
Ollie’s Eatery was founded in Redditch back in 2015 by Ollie. The intention was to serve quality produce across the board, craft coffee and the best brunch in town. The concept grew and evolved into Ollie’s Eatery - Bar which opened in Bromsgrove in 2018.
WHERE WE’RE GOING
Ollie’s Eatery - Bar was always intended to be the staging point (the foundation) for bigger and better things to come. Ollie had always dreamed of opening a pizzeria long before opening Ollie’s Eatery. It took a few years and a lot of blood, sweat & tears, and in 2022 Bromsgrove Pizza Co. was born and who knows what other new ventures may be around the corner!
WHAT ARE WE STRIVING FOR?
Our aim is to bring the best food, drink, and service to Bromsgrove. We have completely renovated two beautiful old buildings on the High Street, we are passionate about restoring Bromsgrove High Street to its former glory!
